How do I return an item?

You can return an item by emailing customercare@helenaco.com notifying us of your return, and mailing your order to the following address. Once we receive your order, you will get an email notifying you that your store credit has been issued.

Why can I only exchange my order for store credit?

For the past thirty years, our loyal customers have come to rely on us to create for them the most beautiful children’s clothing. Even if an item is not in stock, we will have that special piece made, without additional expense to our customer. In order to be able to continue doing this, we only allow customers to exchange their orders for store credit.

How do I make a change to an order?

If you need to make a change to an order that you have placed, please email customercare@helenaco.com clearly stating the changes that you would like made to your order, your order number, and your phone number.
